Q20 • My document is very specialized. How can I be assured of a good translation?

Translation involves so much more than mere words. Just as you would not have your lawyer to do brain surgery, we would do our best to use a translator with experience in your field. Many of our translators, in addition to translation, have backgrounds and even degrees in different fields. We also have subject matter experts (SMEs) in a variety of topics who help us to understand certain concepts so that we can better express them.

In the case of something very obscure, we select a translator with related expertise and work closely with the client to ensure that every nuance has been understood.
