Q17 • How will a document be returned to me after it has been translated?

Via e-mail, in the same format of your original document in the case of electronic files. Faxed documents will be returned via e-mail in a Word file (unless otherwise specified). If you do not have e-mail, a diskette will be sent by messenger for a nominal cost.
